How we checked this — all fifteen packages
In November 2026 we read the published wedding package pages of five Maui wedding companies (A–E) and recorded every package with a flat price. Where a company writes “100+ images” we record 100, and we count our 200+ as 200. Packages that state no image count stay in the table but are not plotted. Most of these prices are before Hawaii general excise tax; ours includes it.

Other costs to plan for
Marriage license: $65
The State of Hawaii charges $65 for a marriage license: a $60 application fee plus a $5 portal fee. You apply online, then pick up the license together in person no earlier than 30 days before the ceremony. There is no waiting period and no residency requirement, and the license is valid only in Hawaii (Hawaii Department of Health). With our package, Derick takes care of the license, and we arrange a consultation with him once your deposit is in.
Hawaii general excise tax
Maui businesses may pass on general excise tax of up to 4.712% (Hawaii Department of Taxation). On a $3,475 package that adds about $164. Ask whether a quote includes tax. Ours does.
Guests
Our package includes up to 15 guests, and each additional guest is $20. Beach weddings are limited to 30 guests. Weddings on private property can have up to 100. Chairs are not allowed on the beach, only on private property.
Live streaming
Other Maui companies sell ceremony streaming as an add-on for roughly $1,000–$1,650. Our package includes a live-streaming setup: your phone on our tripod, with our microphones, so family at home can watch.
Travel and stay
Flights, lodging and a rental car are outside any wedding package. Plan your wedding early in your trip rather than on your last day, so there is room to reschedule if it rains.
